Linda Wolf, President

Linda Wolf is the main chef behind Roly Poly Rolled Sandwiches. She first started rolling sandwiches over 20 years ago at a Tex-Mex restaurant right out of high school.

While she worked in various positions throughout the restaurant industry - including owner, manager and chef - Linda kept experimenting with her rolled sandwiches. In October 1996, she joined with Julie Reid to open the first Roly Poly Rolled Sandwiches shop in Atlanta, Georgia.

Linda continues to develop recipes for Roly Poly. She maintains a database with ideas for over 400 sandwiches, many of which show up as specials on the Roly Poly menu.

Julie Reid, Vice-President

Julie Reid has managed and co-owned a variety of restaurants, including The Chart House in Chester, Connecticut and Lobos Mixed Grille in Key West, Florida. After working with Linda at a variety of restaurants, Julie joined with her to open the Roly Poly Rolled Sandwiches shop in Atlanta, Georgia.

Julie manages a variety of operational functions for Roly Poly. She fine-tuned the efficient Roly Poly restaurant concept, which requires only 800 to 1,000 square feet per location. The only requirements are a sandwich press for toasted items, a roll-ready countertop and refrigeration units for fresh ingredients.

Jane Ferguson, Director of Operations

Jane Ferguson began with Roly Poly in October 1999. She has a background in finance and accounting and is involved in all aspects of franchise operations with a focus on food distribution, purchasing and contracts. She is in daily contact with franchisees regarding the day to day operations of their stores and is the primary communication link between franchisees and corporate.
