From an operational perspective, Roly Poly Franchise Systems believes in keeping
it simple. There is no other sandwich concept startup as streamlined, and yet
so undoubtedly user friendly. Seating is available in most of the Roly Poly locations,
however because the model is non-cooking, the concept lends itself to locations
ranging in size from
800 square feet to 1400 square feet.
Without the need for cooking equipment and the venting/hood devices that are
required by code, the Roly Poly store concept is also landlord friendly. No cooking
means no grease laden vapors and the worry of unpleasant smells for co-tenant
neighbors. In addition, the void of cooking hassles also translates to less liability
and lower insurance rates – plus less capital expenditure for equipment
and leasehold improvements for venting, and other peripheral devices required
as
part
of the cooking protocol.
Roly Poly Franchise Systems has a recommended architect who has been working
with franchisees for over 200 store plans. These services include store space
plans and complete architectural stamped plans (if required) – all at pre-negotiated
discounted rates.
The spirited Roly Poly Sandwich Mascot and distinctive red, white, blue and yellow
color scheme is used along with custom designed menu boards and indoor/outside
signage to
give every Roly Poly a consistent high energy look.
