Because Roly Poly is a non-cooking concept, the build-out is more landlord-friendly. Without the need for cooking equipment and hood systems, venting hassles are avoided and the build-out is less invasive. Capital expenditure is considerably reduced.

Roly Poly has an approved architect who has been working
with franchisees for over 10 years. These services include
store space plans for simple retro fitting to complete
stamped architectural plans for new construction – all at
a discounted rate.
Store Signage
The spirited Roly Poly color scheme and distinctive custom designed menu boards give every Roly Poly a consistent highenergy look. Menu board organization and food photography guide customers to easily recognizable categories: Hot Pressed or Cold Rolled and to descriptors such as Chicken, Turkey, Vegetable, Roast Beef, etc. Roly Poly’s full-time graphic designer prepares custom marketing and seasonal promotions.
