Tyler Davis, who bought the Roly Poly franchise in downtown Athens late last
year, recently effected several changes at the store. Besides cleaning and painting
the interior, he has introduced two daily soup specials and a low carbohydrate
tortilla menu. He is also working to promote his catering business.
Davis has also owned a Roly Poly sandwich shop in the Emory University area of
Atlanta for two years.
